Data Deletion.
This page explains how to delete the data Hubcast holds about you, including any data obtained from accounts you have connected — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok or Bluesky.
Disconnect a connected account
In Hubcast, go to Settings and disconnect the account. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access tokens for that account from our database.
Remove Hubcast's access from the platform
You can also revoke our access directly on the platform:
- Facebook/Meta: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select Hubcast → Remove.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → remove Hubcast.
- X:in your X account settings, open the section listing connected apps and revoke Hubcast’s access.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, open your security and permissions settings and remove Hubcast from the apps authorized on your account.
- Bluesky: Hubcast signs in with an app password you created yourself. Delete that app password in your Bluesky settings and our access ends immediately. The password is never stored by us — it is exchanged for a session at sign-in — so revoking it is the complete removal.
Delete your account and all data
To permanently delete your Hubcast account and all associated data (profile, content, mailing lists and connected-account data), email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address on your account. We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email once done.
