Frequently asked questions
What's included in the 7-day free trial?
Everything. A new workspace gets 7 days and up to 10 published posts to evaluate the product: all channels, the approval flow, analytics and the AI connection included. The post allowance exists so the trial can't be used as the product; it is far more than anyone needs to decide.
Do I pay per person?
No. Seats are a limit, not a multiplier: a Team workspace costs $49 per month whether three people or 10 share it. Solo is one person at $29 per month.
Which features are gated behind the higher plan?
None. Every feature is in both plans — all channels, video, analytics, the audit trail and the MCP connection. Team adds the seats and the roles that a shared review queue needs, and raises how many social accounts you can connect.
Which channels can I publish to?
Every channel the product supports is included in both plans — the current list is on the features page. You connect each one yourself with your own account, so posts go out as your company page or as you. Hubcast never posts from an account of its own.
How many social accounts can I connect?
Solo covers up to 12 and Team up to 50. What counts is each place a post can land — one Page, one profile, one company page. Not each login: a single login often administers several pages, and every one of those you publish to counts separately. A business running one brand uses a handful; the ceiling is there to catch an agency running twenty client pages out of a single workspace, which is what the agency plan is for.
I run several brands or clients. What do I need?
Each brand is its own workspace, with its own connections, members and plan. An agency plan puts several workspaces on one invoice — email [email protected] and we'll set it up.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from the billing settings at any time; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no annual commitment and no cancellation fee.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. Tax is calculated at checkout based on where your business is registered, and appears on the invoice.
Do I have to use the AI features?
No — they are entirely optional and off until you connect an assistant. When you do, it writes into the same queue as everything else, and approval decides what it may do with it: with approval on, only a person can publish, and the connection refuses. With it off, an assistant can publish — the same latitude you have yourself.
